Dilution and use the method
¡îThis product is 50% solid content of high concentration emulsion, can be used directly, or better using after thinning, the recommended ratio can be diluted 1 : 2.5 (20% solids) or 1 :5 (10% solids) , do not need to adjust the PH value;
¡îAfter thinning, you can use exhausting method and continuous padding method,
Exhausting method: the dosage (20% solids) 2-4% (owf), temperature 30-40 ℃, 15-30min, bath ratio 1: 20-40;
Padding method: the dosage (20% solids) 20-40g / l, 120 ℃pre-bake, 150-180 ℃
